When purchasing a product for a child, the parent, guardian, caregiver, or other responsible adult is responsible for:

Following assembly and usage instructions;
Providing adult supervision where required; and
Keeping packaging and small components away from children where appropriate.

However, minor differences may occur between the Website images and the product you receive.

Wood is a natural material. Variations in grain, texture, shade, knots, markings, and finish may occur. These natural variations are generally not considered defects.

Colors may also appear slightly different because of lighting, photography, screen settings, manufacturing batches, or the natural characteristics of wood.

Product dimensions and weights may vary slightly due to measurement methods and manufacturing tolerances.

We may modify, update, limit, replace, or discontinue products, prices, descriptions, materials, packaging, and promotional offers at any time without prior notice.

Wooden Toys and Children’s Products

Our products may include wooden puzzles, building sets, pretend-play toys, educational toys, activity sets, train sets, play food, play kitchens, vehicles, figures, and other children’s play products.

Product age recommendations are general guidelines. Parents, guardians, and caregivers remain responsible for determining whether a product is suitable for a particular child.

Some products may contain small parts, removable accessories, cords, magnets, connectors, or assembly components. Products containing small parts may not be suitable for children under three years old unless expressly stated otherwise.

Products requiring assembly must be assembled correctly by an adult before being given to a child.

Before each use, a responsible adult should inspect the product for:

Broken or cracked wooden pieces;
Loose components or fasteners;
Sharp edges or splinters;
Damaged paint or coatings;
Missing parts;
Improper assembly; or
Other signs that the product may no longer be suitable for use.

Do not allow a child to use a product that is broken, damaged, incomplete, improperly assembled, or being used outside its intended purpose.

All product instructions, warnings, age recommendations, and care guidance must be followed.

Romiva Inc is not responsible for damage, injury, or loss caused by misuse, improper assembly, inadequate supervision, unauthorized modification, failure to follow instructions, normal wear and tear, or use outside the product’s intended purpose, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Product Care

Unless otherwise stated in the product instructions, wooden toys should be cleaned using a soft, slightly damp cloth and dried promptly.

Do not soak wooden products in water, place them in a dishwasher, or expose them to excessive moisture, heat, direct sunlight, or harsh cleaning chemicals unless the product instructions expressly permit it.

Improper cleaning, storage, or exposure may cause discoloration, warping, cracking, peeling, or other damage.

Prices, Taxes, and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices generally exclude shipping fees, sales tax, gift wrapping, upgraded packaging, and other optional charges. Applicable amounts will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Sales tax may be collected where required by applicable law.

By placing an order, you authorize us and our payment service providers to charge the total order amount to your selected payment method.

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and current billing, shipping, contact, and payment information.

We may correct pricing, description, or calculation errors at any time. If an error affects an order you have already placed, we may contact you for confirmation or cancel the order and issue a refund.

Orders and Contract Formation

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase products subject to these Terms.

An automated confirmation that we have received your order does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.

A binding sales contract is formed when we send an order acceptance or shipping confirmation, or when the order is shipped, whichever occurs first.

We may reject or cancel an order for reasons including:

Product unavailability;

Pricing or description errors;
Payment failure;
Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment;
Incomplete or invalid shipping information;
Purchase quantity limitations;
Shipping restrictions; or
Logistical or technical problems preventing fulfillment.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Order Changes and Cancellations

We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled after processing has started. Once an order has been shipped, it will be subject to our Refund & Return Policy.

Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products may not be canceled after production has begun.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping methods, costs, processing times, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout or described in our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We currently ship within the United States only unless otherwise stated on the Website.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier disruptions, weather, public holidays, high order volume, address errors, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Some large or multi-piece wooden playsets may be shipped in more than one package.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, returned packages, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

Risk of loss or damage will be handled in accordance with applicable law and our Shipping Policy.

Inspection After Delivery

Please inspect your order promptly after delivery.

Before allowing a child to use the product, confirm that:

The product matches the order;
All expected pieces are included;
The product has not been damaged during transportation;
Assembly components are present and secure;
The product has been assembled correctly; and
The product is appropriate for its intended use.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs or videos of the product and packaging.

Please retain the product, original packaging, shipping carton, instructions, and included components until the matter has been reviewed.

Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Refund & Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted that policy.

To qualify for a return, products generally must be unused, clean, complete, and in their original condition and packaging.

Returned products should include all:

Wooden pieces;
Accessories;
Cards;
Figures;
Connectors;
Manuals;
Packaging inserts; and
Other originally included components.

Products showing signs of use, assembly damage, missing parts, stains, scratches, moisture damage, unauthorized modification, or improper handling may be ineligible for a full refund.

Personalized, Customized, and Final Sale Products

Customized, personalized, engraved, made-to-order, special-request, clearance, final-sale, or otherwise designated non-returnable products may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or refund.

This restriction does not apply when a product arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the product ordered, or when applicable law requires otherwise.

Any applicable restriction will be disclosed on the product page, at checkout, or in our Refund & Return Policy.

Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotional offers, discount codes, free-shipping offers, and other incentives may be subject to separate conditions.

Unless otherwise stated:

Promotional offers cannot be exchanged for cash;
Discount codes cannot be combined;
Offers may be limited by date, product, order value, or customer;
Discounts cannot be applied retroactively; and
We may modify or withdraw promotions at any time before an eligible order is placed.

If a refund causes an order to fall below the qualifying amount for a promotion or free-shipping offer, the refundable amount may be adjusted where permitted by applicable law and disclosed policy terms.
